House Rules and Policies

In order to hold your reservation we require a credit card on file with credit for the full reserved amount, however, only a $200.00 deposit is charged when reserving and the balance is due upon check in.

Minimum stay 2 nights. Must be 25 years old to book. At least one guest must be 25 to check in and remain in the premises during the stay. All guest are required to present ID at check in.

Cancellation policy

December 01 through May 31:
Request must be made 30 days in advance via email or phone, we have limited inventory for high season and usually bookings are made months in advance.

June 01 through November 30:
You may cancel your reservation within 48 hours for a full refund, for less than 48 hours and before the day of check in, deposit becomes non-refundable, any cancelation on the day of check in will be charged the full booking amount to the card on file.

Pool rules

We are a family friendly hotel and therefore we pride ourselves in maintaining a healthy PG atmosphere.
Playing music or singing is welcomed, but parties are not allowed.
Swim suits at all times while in the pool area.
No glass or alcohol in the pool area.
No Smoking in the apartments. Smoking designated area is available.
No visitors.
No parties.
No pets.

Souvenirs are available for purchase at the office, apartment contents are not souvenirs.

Barbeque area is available at no extra charge, however, please sign up in the office if you are planning to bbq so we can accommodate all guests, we ask that you leave the area as clean as you found it, a $25 cleaning fee will be charged if not.

Noise: quiet hours are from 9PM to 9AM

ADA compliant ramps and handrails are located throughout. The office maintains a translator device available to translate up to 40 languages including Close Captions for the hearing impaired.

Parking for one car is included and must be registered with the office, second car fee $35.00

We reserve the right to charge a $250.00 fee for smoking or damages to the apartments or common areas. If you need help to open or close an umbrella, chair, barbecue please ask our staff.
